Enter as Individual or only as Team or part of Organisation?

Can you enter as an individual that is not part of a team or organisation? I found the rules a bit confusing. Thanks

  Individuals can enter, provided you aren't prohibited by section 4 ELIGIBILITY.
  When prompted for organization, you can usually specify None or N/A.
  I'm an individual (over age 18, US resident, not subject to sanctions, not a Devpost or sponsor employee, not a family member of such an employee), and I was able to enter this hackathon and join webinars held by a sponsor without issue.
