Regarding the inability to obtain Google Cloud's event support

We participated in this event, but when we tried to apply for the $50 support for Google Cloud, we were unable to apply correctly. When we clicked on the link, it asked us to submit a form and showed that access was denied. Then, when we submitted the application, we never received any feedback. We've waited for many days. Has anyone else encountered the same problem as me?
It prompts me, "You need access permission
Apply for access rights or switch to an account with access rights.

    Experience that as well in December 16. So, decided to move the cloud account to billing and proceeded with the development of the project.

    Unfortunately, the credits was while supplies lasted, which is why the form has closed on Dec 14th.
