Can I get credit for the GCP? Need access to fill the form..

Scope of my project expanded and now I am in need of GCP credit. Is there GCP credit available for this hackathon? Guess the free tier won't work if you have already used it for previous hackathon events. Am forced to go to paid tier to continue this project.

Just noticed there is form to be filled up. But I need access to the form that needs to be filled up.

    Unfortunately, the credits was while supplies lasted, which is why the form has closed on Dec 14th.
