same issue happened. built few dashboard, monitor and other stuff on other id previously. but due to trial. it seem lost and stuck. made another account and then ended up scrapping and starting from some midpoint to build again as gcloud had too many variables.
since judging wont begin until 20th of jan, all i hope is few days deadline extension
